How long do the juices stay fresh?
Our juices are cold-pressed and unpasteurized to preserve nutrients. They typically have a refrigerated shelf life of 3 to 5 days. Please check the 'Best By' date on each bottle.
How is my order shipped to ensure freshness?
All orders are shipped in insulated thermal packaging with non-toxic ice packs. We use expedited shipping to ensure your products arrive chilled and ready to consume.
Can I skip or cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can manage your subscription through your account dashboard. You can pause, skip a delivery, or cancel your subscription up to 48 hours before your next scheduled ship date.
Are your bottles recyclable?
Absolutely. Our bottles are made from 100% BPA-free, recyclable PET plastic. We encourage you to rinse them and place them in your local recycling bin after use.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a resolution.
Do you add any sugars or preservatives?
No. PRESS products contain zero added sugars, artificial flavors, or chemical preservatives. The sweetness comes entirely from the natural fruits and vegetables we press.
